“Where Are The Igbo Leaders?” Lauretta Onochie asked after IPOB militants we’re gun down in Imo State:

The Personal Assistant to President Muhammadu Buhari, Lauretta Onochie has reacted over the news that suspected IPOB militants were gunned down in an attack on a Police State in Imo State.

Daily Trust reported that gunmen suspected to be IPOB militants were neutralized during an exchange of gun battle with security operatives while they tried to attack a Police Station in Imo State.

Reacting to this, the aide to President Buhari asked where are the Igbo leaders and why have they allowed their homeland to be turn into a battleground.

She expressed shock over the silence of the elders in Igbo land as insecurity keeps rising in the region.

Lauretta Onochie took to her Twitter account to ask this question and ended by saying that the elders in Igbo land should recall the youths that have been manipulated into untimely deaths. See what she wrote below.
